Navigation: Steward → Pledges
Overview
The Pledges page manages fundraising campaigns where donors commit to giving a specific amount over a set period. Each campaign card shows progress toward the goal, pace indicators, projections, and pledge statistics. You can create new campaigns, link them to giving pages, and track fulfillment in real time.
Fields & Controls
Campaign Card
| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Campaign Name | Text | Name of the pledge campaign (e.g., "Building Fund 2026"). |
| Goal Amount | Currency (CAD) | Target fundraising goal. |
| Raised Amount | Currency (CAD) | Total fulfilled pledges to date. |
| Pledged Amount | Currency (CAD) | Total amount pledged by all donors (may exceed raised). |
| Progress Bar | Visual | Horizontal bar showing raised as a percentage of the goal. |
| Status | Badge | On Track (green), Behind (amber), Completed (blue), or Lapsed (gray). Calculated based on elapsed time vs raised percentage. |
| Pledge Count | Number | Number of individual pledges made. |
| Average Pledge | Currency (CAD) | Average pledge amount (pledged / pledge count). |
| Weeks Remaining | Number | Weeks until the campaign end date. |
| Projected Total | Currency (CAD) | Projected total at current giving pace, calculated from daily rate extrapolated to the full campaign period. |
| On Pace | Indicator | Whether the campaign is on pace based on time elapsed vs percentage raised (within 90% threshold). |
| Start Date | Date | Campaign start date. |
| End Date | Date | Campaign end date. |
| Linked Fund | Text | The fund this campaign collects into. |
| Giving Page | Boolean | Whether this campaign has a linked public giving page. |
Campaign Creation Drawer

| Name* | Text input | Campaign name (e.g., "New Building Fund"). |
| Goal Amount* | Currency input | Target amount to raise. |
| Start Date* | Date picker | When the campaign begins. |
| End Date* | Date picker | When the campaign ends. |
| Fund* | Dropdown | Select the fund this campaign collects into. |
| Link to Giving Page | Toggle | Whether to create or link a public giving page for this campaign. |
Actions
Create a New Campaign
- Click “New Campaign”
- A drawer opens on the right side
- Fill in the campaign name, goal, dates, and fund
- Optionally link to a public giving page
- Click “Create” to save
View Campaign Details
- Click a campaign card
- The campaign detail expands showing individual pledges and fulfillment status
