The Volunteers page is a comprehensive directory of every volunteer in your church. It provides at-a-glance health metrics including serve frequency, confirmation rate, burnout risk, blackout status, and next assignment — all in a sortable, filterable table with bulk actions and CSV export.

Overview
The page displays a paginated table (50 volunteers per page) with sorting by attention score, name, teams, serve count, or confirmation rate. Each row shows the volunteer's avatar, name, team memberships, a visual serve history (dot indicator), confirmation rate, availability status chip, and next assignment details.
Fields & Controls

| Search | Text input | Filter volunteers by name. Results update as you type. |
| Team Filter | Chip bar | Filter by team membership. Shows "All" plus every team the campus has. |
| Status Filter | Chip bar | Filter by volunteer status: Active, Inactive, or New. |
| Sort | Column headers | Click column headers to sort. Default sort is by "attention score" which surfaces volunteers needing action first. |
| Volunteer Name | Display | Avatar (coloured circle with initials) and full display name. |
| Teams | Badge list | All teams the volunteer belongs to, each shown as a purple pill badge with the team name and role. |
| Serve History | Dot indicator | Eight dots showing recent 90-day serve activity. Filled dots (purple for active, gray for inactive) indicate weeks served. |
| Serves (90d) | Numeric | Total serve count in the last 90 days. |
| Serves (YTD) | Numeric | Total serve count for the current calendar year. |
| Confirm Rate | Percentage | Acceptance rate for confirmation requests. Colour-coded: green (85%+), amber (70-84%), red (below 70%). |
| Availability Chip | Badge | Current status: "Confirmed" (green), "Pending" (amber), "Assigned" (blue), "Blacked out" (amber), or "Unscheduled" (gray). |
| Next Assignment | Display | Date, service title, team, and role of the volunteer's next scheduled slot. |
| Last Served | Date | When the volunteer last served. Shows relative time (e.g., "3d ago", "2w ago"). |
| Burnout Risk | Flag | An orange flag appears if the volunteer has 9+ serves in 90 days, indicating potential burnout risk. |
| Export | Dropdown | Export the volunteer list as CSV or open a print-friendly view. |
| Pagination | Controls | Navigate between pages of 50 volunteers each. |
Actions
View Volunteer Profile
- Click any volunteer row in the table
- The volunteer detail page opens with full history, assignments, and blackouts
Filter by Attention Priority
- The default sort order is “attention score” which prioritises:
- Burnout risk (9+ serves in 90 days) — shown first
- Inactive volunteers — second priority
- Low confirmation rate (below 70%) — third
- Active blackouts — fourth
- Pending assignments — fifth
- New volunteers — sixth
Select Multiple Volunteers
- Click the checkbox on individual volunteer rows
- Use bulk actions (when available) for batch operations
