The Reports page provides comprehensive analytics on group health, engagement, lifecycle stages, and leader performance. It is the primary tool for pastoral staff to assess the overall state of the small group ministry.

The /circles/leaders and /circles/health routes also redirect to this page, as leader and health data are displayed here.
Overview
The page has two tabs: Overview and Trends. The Overview tab shows KPIs, health distribution, engagement funnel, lifecycle stages, and top leaders. The Trends tab shows groups needing attention and leaders needing support over time. Data can be scoped by time period and campus.
Fields & Controls
Period Selector

| 12 Weeks | Button | View data for the last 12 weeks (default). |
| YTD | Button | View data for the current year to date. |
| 1 Year | Button | View data for the last 12 months. |
Campus Scope (Multi-Campus Only)

| All Campuses | Button | View aggregated data across all campuses. |
| Campus Name | Button | Scope the report to a single campus. |
KPI Cards (Overview Tab)

| Total Groups | Metric | Number of active groups. |
| Avg Health Score | Metric | Average health score across all groups. |
| Avg Attendance | Percentage | Average attendance rate across all groups. |
| Members in Groups | Metric | Total number of members placed in groups. |
| Critical Groups | Metric | Number of groups with RED health tier. Highlighted in red if greater than zero. |
Health Distribution (Overview Tab)

| Week | Display | Week identifier in the selected period. |
| Green Count | Metric | Number of groups in GREEN health tier that week. |
| Amber Count | Metric | Number of groups in AMBER health tier that week. |
| Red Count | Metric | Number of groups in RED health tier that week. |
Engagement Funnel (Overview Tab)
| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Congregation | Bar | Total number of people in the congregation (100% baseline). |
| In Any Group | Bar | Members placed in at least one group (percentage of congregation). |
| Attending Regularly | Bar | Members who attend their group meetings regularly. |
| Retained 6+ Months | Bar | Members who have been in a group for 6 months or more. |
Lifecycle Stages (Overview Tab)

|---|---|---|
| Forming | Count + badge | New groups in the formation stage (green). |
| Active | Count + badge | Established, actively meeting groups (blue). |
| Multiplying | Count + badge | Groups that are growing and may be ready to split (amber). |
| Closing | Count + badge | Groups that are winding down or have low engagement (red). |
Top Leaders Table (Overview Tab)

| Leader Name | Display | Name of the group leader. |
| Group | Display | Name of the group they lead. |
| Attendance Rate | Percentage | Average attendance rate for their group. |
| Meetings Held | Numeric | Number of meetings held in the selected period. |
Trends Tab

| Groups Needing Attention | List | Weekly breakdown of groups in AMBER or RED health tiers. |
| Leaders Needing Support | Table | Leaders whose groups have low scores, with issue descriptions. |
Actions
Change the Reporting Period
- Click one of the period buttons in the header: 12 Weeks, YTD, or 1 Year
- All data on the page refreshes to reflect the selected period
Scope to a Campus
- If you have access to multiple campuses, a scope bar appears below the header
- Click All Campuses for aggregate data, or click a specific campus name
- The report data updates to show only groups from the selected campus
Export Reports
- Click the export dropdown in the page header
- Choose Export CSV to download all report sections as a CSV
- Choose Print / Save as PDF to open a print-optimized view
