Overview
The dedicated messaging page is currently in development. In the meantime, group communication is handled through two existing channels:
Email from Group Detail
On the Group Detail page, the Members tab includes an email icon next to each member. Clicking it opens a compose modal where you can send a quick email directly from SanctuaryOS. This is useful for one-to-one communication with individual group members.
Leader Notifications
The Lapsed Members page includes a Notify Leaders bulk action that sends automated notifications to group leaders about members who have missed multiple meetings. This keeps leaders informed without requiring manual tracking.
Join Digest Emails
A weekly digest email is sent automatically every Monday at 8 AM summarizing any pending join requests. This ensures that join requests from the Group Finder are not missed.
