The Setlist Editor is where you build and refine worship setlists song by song. It features a drag-and-drop song list, an intelligent suggestion engine that recommends songs based on key flow, freshness, genre variety, and seasonality, inline chord chart preview with transposition, a comments thread for team collaboration, and a full-screen Stage View for live performance.

Navigation: Serve → Setlists → Click a setlist (or + New Setlist)
Overview
The page is divided into three areas: a setlist panel on the left showing the ordered song list, a centre panel with the chord chart viewer for the selected song, and a right panel with the song library browser and suggestion engine. A comments thread can be toggled for team discussion. The page header shows the setlist title (inline-editable), status badge, linked service info, and action buttons.

Setlist Header

| Title* | Editable text | Click the title to edit it inline. Changes are saved automatically. |
| Status | Badge | DRAFT or READY. Can be toggled via the status button. |
| Linked Service | Display | Shows the linked service title and date. Can be changed or unlinked. |
| Stage View | Button | Opens the full-screen dark-mode Stage View for live performance. |
Song List (Left Panel)
| Field | Type | Description |

| Song Item | Draggable row | Each song shows title, artist, effective key, and position number. Drag to reorder. |
| Effective Key | Badge | The key this song will be played in for this setlist (may differ from the song's default key). |
| Key Override | Picker | Change the key for this specific setlist item without affecting the song's default. |
| Leader Assignment | Dropdown | Assign a worship team member to lead this particular song. |
| Remove | Button | Remove the song from the setlist. |
Chord Chart Viewer (Centre Panel)

| Chart Display | Rendered text | ChordPro-parsed chord chart with chords rendered above lyrics. Sections are labelled (Verse, Chorus, Bridge, etc.). |
| Key Transpose | Key picker | Transpose the displayed chart to any key. The circle picker shows all 12 keys. |
| Capo | Calculated | Capo fret number based on transposition distance. Updates automatically. |
| Notation | Toggle | Standard chord names or Nashville Number System. |
Song Library Browser (Right Panel)

| Suggestions | Ranked list | AI-powered song suggestions scored by freshness, key flow, genre variety, and seasonality. |
| Suggestion Score | Numeric | Each suggestion shows its score and reasoning (e.g., "8w fresh", "Key: G", "Adds variety", "Seasonal"). |
| Recency Badge | Badge | Warning if a song was used very recently (last week = red, 2 weeks = amber). |
| Usage Count | Numeric | How many times the song has been used, colour-coded by frequency. |
Comments Thread

Actions
Add a Song from the Library
- Browse or search in the right-panel song library
- Click a song to add it to the setlist
- The song is appended at the end of the list
Reorder Songs
- Drag a song item by its handle in the left panel
- Drop it at the desired position
- The order is saved automatically via the reorder API
Change a Song's Key
- Click the key badge on a song item
- Select the new key from the picker
- The chord chart in the centre panel updates to reflect the new key
Assign a Song Leader
- Click the leader assignment dropdown on a song item
- Select a worship team member from the candidates list
- The leader name appears on the song item
Mark Setlist as Ready
- Click the status button in the header
- The status toggles from DRAFT to READY (or vice versa)
- READY status signals to the team that the setlist is finalised
Open Stage View
- Click the Stage View button in the header
- A full-screen dark-themed view opens with large chord charts
- Navigate between songs using arrow keys or on-screen buttons
- Adjust font size (S, M, L, XL) for different screen distances
