The Leaders page provides a directory and performance overview of all small group leaders. It is accessed through the Reports page, which includes a “Top Leaders” panel and a “Leaders Needing Support” section.

Navigation: Circles → Leaders (redirects to Circles → Reports)
Leader data is integrated into the Reports page. The /circles/leaders route redirects to /circles/reports where leader performance is displayed alongside other analytics.
Overview
Leader information is surfaced in two sections of the Reports page:
- Top Leaders — Leaders ranked by attendance rate and meetings held
- Leaders Needing Support — Leaders whose groups have low health scores or specific issues
Additionally, the Dashboard page shows a “Top Leaders” panel with the best-performing group leaders for the current period.
Fields & Controls
Top Leaders Table (Reports Page)

| Leader Name | Display | Name of the group leader. |
| Group | Display | Name of the group they lead. |
| Attendance Rate | Percentage | Average attendance rate for their group. |
| Meetings Held | Numeric | Number of meetings the leader has held in the selected period. |
Leaders Needing Support Table (Reports Page)

| Leader Name | Display | Name of the leader who may need pastoral support. |
| Group | Display | The group they lead. |
| Score | Numeric | Current health score of their group. |
| Issue | Display | Description of the issue flagged (e.g., "Low attendance", "Not meeting"). |
