Overview
The Onboarding page tracks new members through a multi-stage pipeline from first visit to full membership. It visualizes the funnel by quarter, shows stage-by-stage breakdowns, identifies stalled members, and supports bulk operations to advance members through the pipeline. You can customize the pipeline stages to match your church's specific onboarding process.
Summary KPIs
Five summary cards at the top of the page show pipeline health for the selected quarter:
| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| In Pipeline | Count | Total number of members currently in the onboarding pipeline for the selected quarter. |
| Completed | Count | Number of members who completed all stages (covenant signed) in the selected quarter. Shown in green. |
| Avg Days to Complete | Days | Average number of days from first stage (Welcome) to final stage (Commitment). |
| Stalled >30 Days | Count | Members who have not advanced to a new stage in 30+ days. Shown in amber as a warning. |
| Overall Conversion | Percentage | Percentage of visitors who became full members in the last 12 months. |
Quarter Selector
The page shows data for one quarter at a time. Use the quarter chips (e.g., Q1 2026, Q2 2026) to switch between quarters. The last four quarters are available, dynamically computed to handle year rollovers.
Funnel Stages
The funnel visualization shows each stage of your onboarding pipeline with member counts. Click a stage to load the list of members currently at that stage. Each stage has a color-coded indicator and shows the step number, name, and description.
Stage Members Table
When you select a stage, the table below the funnel shows all members at that stage:
| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Name | Text + Avatar | Member name with gradient avatar circle. |
| Status | Badge | Membership status chip (Member, Regular, Visitor). |
| Days in Stage | Badge | Number of days since the member entered this stage. Color-coded: green (<14d), amber (14-30d), red (>30d). |
| Entered | Date | Date the member entered the current stage. |
