Navigation: Flock → Engagement
Overview
The Engagement page shows how connected your congregation is based on a composite score computed nightly. Each member receives a score from 0 to 100 based on four components: service attendance, circles participation, giving activity, and care interactions. Members with scores below 40 are flagged as “at risk” and appear in a dedicated table for pastoral follow-up.
KPI Cards
Five KPI cards summarize your congregation's engagement health:
| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Avg Engagement Score | Score (0-100) | Mean engagement score across all scored members. Shows point change since last calculation (e.g., "up 3 pts"). |
| Highly Engaged (80+) | Count | Number of members with engagement scores of 80 or above. Shows delta since last calculation. |
| At Risk (below 40) | Count | Number of members flagged as disengaged. Shown in red. Shows how many are newly flagged. |
| No Score Yet | Count | Members who have not yet been scored (typically new additions). |
| In a Circle | Percentage | Percentage of members in at least one active small group. |
Score Distribution Chart
A bar chart shows the distribution of engagement scores across six ranges: 0-19, 20-39, 40-59, 60-79, 80-89, and 90+. Each bar is color-coded from red (low) to green (high), making it easy to see the overall shape of your congregation's engagement. Bar heights are proportional to the count in each range.
Component Averages
Four component cards show the average score for each pillar of engagement:

|---|---|---|
| Service Attendance | Score (0-100) | Based on frequency of Sunday service attendance in the last 12 weeks. |
| Circles Participation | Score (0-100) | Based on active small group membership and meeting attendance. |
| Giving Activity | Score (0-100) | Based on recency and consistency of giving. Uses giving status only, not dollar amounts. |
| Care Interactions | Score (0-100) | Based on pastoral contact, care items, and notes in the last 90 days. |
At-Risk Members Table
A table listing all members with engagement scores below 40, sorted by score ascending (most at-risk first). Each row shows:

Actions
Export At-Risk Data
Use the export dropdown to:
- Export CSV — Downloads the at-risk members list with all score components
- Print / Save as PDF — Opens the browser print dialog for the current view
Launch a Campaign
Click the New Campaign button in the header to create a re-engagement email campaign targeting at-risk members. This navigates to the campaign creation flow.
View Member Profile
Click any row in the at-risk table to navigate to that member's profile page.
