Navigation: Gather → Order of Service
Overview
The Order of Service page lists all upcoming and recent services with their plan status. Each service shows whether its plan is missing, in draft, ready, or locked. Clicking a service opens the Plan Editor where you can build or edit the order of service for that week. The list shows services from the past 30 days through 60 days into the future, sorted with upcoming services first.
Fields & Controls
| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Date Block | Display | Day of week (abbreviated, uppercase) and date number for each service. Upcoming services show the date in amber; past services in default text colour. |
| Service Name | Display | The service pattern name (e.g., "Sunday Morning"). Cleaned of raw date-based titles. |
| Time & Campus | Display | The service start time (in tenant timezone) and campus name. |
| Plan Status Chip | Badge | Indicates the status of the order of service plan for this instance. |
| Plan Missing | Badge (amber) | "Plan Missing" — no plan has been created yet. An italic note explains it will auto-create from the template on first open. |
| Draft | Badge (gray) | "Draft" — a plan exists but has not been finalised. |
| Ready | Badge (blue) | "Ready" — the plan has been reviewed and marked as ready. |
| Locked | Badge (green) | "Locked" — the plan has been locked and can no longer be edited. |
| Edit Plan CTA | Link | "Edit Plan" arrow link that navigates to the Plan Editor for this service. |
| Manage Templates | Button | Header button that navigates to Settings > Gather > Plan Templates for managing order of service templates. |
Actions
Open a Plan for Editing
- Click any service row or the “Edit Plan” link
- You will be taken to the Order of Service Editor for that service instance
- If no plan exists yet, one will be automatically created from the service's linked template
Manage Templates
- Click the Manage Templates button in the page header
- You will be taken to Settings → Gather → Plan Templates
- Templates define the default items for new plans (e.g., Welcome, Worship, Message, Closing)
