ServicesThe Services Reports page provides cross-module analytics that combine attendance, giving, and volunteer data into unified trend charts and comparison tables. This is where church leadership goes to understand long-term patterns and compare performance across service types and campuses.

Period Selector
A period selector in the header lets you choose the time range for all data on the page:
- 12 Weeks — Rolling 12-week window (default)
- YTD — Year to date, from January 1st
- 1 Year — Full 12-month rolling window
Campus Scope
If your account has access to multiple campuses, campus filter chips appear below the header. Select a specific campus to scope all report data to that location, or leave “All Campuses” selected to see aggregated data.
Tabs
Overview
The default tab shows aggregate KPIs and trend charts across all service types:
- KPI cards — Total services, average attendance, average giving, volunteer fill rate, and first-time visitor count for the selected period
- Dual-axis trend chart — Attendance and giving plotted over time on a shared timeline with separate Y-axes
- Service table — Tabular breakdown of each service in the period with attendance, giving, and volunteer columns
By Service Type
Breaks down the data by service pattern (e.g., Sunday Morning, Sunday Evening, Wednesday Prayer). Each service type gets its own color in charts and a dedicated row in comparison tables. This helps you compare how different service types perform relative to each other.
Campus Comparison
Only visible to multi-campus users. Compares metrics across campuses side by side, with each campus represented by a distinct color. Useful for leadership teams overseeing multiple locations.
Fields

| Tab | Tab bar | Switch between Overview, By Service Type, and Campus Comparison views. |
| Total Services | KPI | Count of completed services in the selected period. |
| Avg Attendance | KPI | Mean attendance across all services in the period. |
| Avg Giving | KPI | Mean giving per service in CAD. |
| Volunteer Fill Rate | KPI | Percentage of volunteer slots filled across services. |
| First-Time Visitors | KPI | Total FTVs in the selected period. |
