The Setlists page displays all worship setlists for the selected campus. Each setlist is a curated list of songs prepared for a specific service. Setlists can be linked to a service instance, duplicated for reuse, or left as standalone drafts. The list shows status, linked service, song count, and recency information.

Navigation: Serve → Setlists
Overview
The page shows a filterable table of setlists. Each row displays the setlist title, status badge (DRAFT or READY), linked service name and date (if linked), song count, and creation time. You can search by title or song name, filter by status and link state, and perform actions like duplicate, link/unlink, and delete.
Fields & Controls
| Field | Type | Description |

| Search | Text input | Search setlists by title, song titles within the setlist, or linked service name. |
| Status Filter | Chip bar | Filter by status: All, DRAFT, or READY. |
| Link Filter | Chip bar | Filter by link state: All, Linked (attached to a service), or Unlinked (standalone). |
| Title | Display | The name of the setlist. |
| Status | Badge | DRAFT (gray) or READY (green). Status indicates whether the setlist has been finalized for use. |
| Linked Service | Display | If linked, shows the service title and scheduled date. A link icon indicates the connection. |
| Songs | Preview | Song titles listed inline, giving a quick preview of what is in the setlist. |
| Created | Relative date | When the setlist was created, shown as relative time (e.g., "Today", "3d ago"). |
Actions
Create a New Setlist
- Click the + New Setlist button
- You are taken to the Setlist Editor in creation mode
- Add songs, set the title, and save
Open a Setlist
- Click any setlist row in the table
- The Setlist Editor opens with the full song list, chord charts, and editing tools
Duplicate a Setlist
- Hover over a setlist row to reveal the action buttons
- Click the Duplicate button
- A copy of the setlist is created and you are navigated to the new copy
Link a Setlist to a Service
- Click the Link button on an unlinked setlist
- A modal appears showing upcoming services for the campus
- Select the service to link the setlist to
- The setlist is now associated with that service instance
Unlink a Setlist
- Click the Unlink button on a linked setlist
- The association is removed — the setlist remains but is no longer tied to a service
Delete a Setlist
- Only Super Admin users can delete setlists
- Click the Delete button on the setlist row
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog — this action cannot be undone
