Modules
SanctuaryOS is organized into six core modules, each handling a different aspect of church management:
FlockManage your congregation — member profiles, households, children, engagement tracking, campaigns, and onboarding workflows.
StewardHandle giving and finance — offering sessions, deposits, donors, pledges, recurring giving, tax receipts, and reports.
GatherTrack attendance and services — check-in console, children's check-in, Order of Service planning, absence alerts, and calendar.
ServeCoordinate volunteers — teams, scheduling, availability, setlists, worship songs, and confirmation workflows.
CirclesSmall group management — group creation, join requests, attendance, leader tools, lapsed member tracking, and health reports.
CarePastoral care coordination — care items, prayer requests, follow-ups, hospital visits, bereavement, life events, and counseling.
