Navigation: Flock → Dashboard
Overview
The Flock Dashboard is your at-a-glance command center for congregational health. It aggregates data from multiple modules — membership, households, onboarding, engagement, circles, care, communications, and volunteer teams — into a single scrollable page with KPI cards, activity feeds, and quick-action panels.
KPI Cards
Five top-level KPI cards provide an instant snapshot of your congregation:

|---|---|---|
| Total Members | Count | Total people in your database. Shows monthly change (e.g., "up 5 this month"). Clicking navigates to the Members page. |
| Households | Count | Total household records. Shows average members per household. Clicking navigates to the Households page. |
| New This Month | Count | Members created during the current calendar month. Shown in green when positive. |
| In a Circle | Percentage | Percentage of members currently in at least one active small group, with the count of active groups. Data sourced from the Circles module. |
| Lapse Risk | Count | Number of members with engagement scores below 40. Shown in red as an alert indicator. Clicking navigates to the Engagement page. |
Dashboard Panels
Recent Members
Shows the 10 most recently added members sorted by creation date, with their name, status badge, and when they were added. Click any member to open their profile.
Onboarding Funnel
Displays the current quarter's onboarding pipeline summary — how many people are at each stage of your onboarding workflow. Links to the full Onboarding page for details.
Engagement Summary
Shows the engagement score distribution and component averages (attendance, circles, giving, care). Links to the full Engagement page.
Care Alerts
Displays recent care alerts — members flagged for pastoral follow-up based on absence patterns, milestones, or manual triggers. Each alert shows the member name, alert type, and days since the trigger.
Activity Feed
A chronological feed of recent activity across the Flock module: new members added, status changes, household updates, notes created, and onboarding stage advances.
Milestones
Upcoming and recent milestones: birthdays, wedding anniversaries, baptism anniversaries, membership anniversaries, and salvation dates. These are computed by the nightly milestone scan.
Communications
Quick stats from the email campaigns module: total campaigns sent, open rates, and recent campaigns with their status.
Volunteer Teams
A snapshot of serve teams when a specific campus is selected, showing team names and member counts.
Actions
Quick Add Member
- Click the Add Member button in the dashboard header
- Fill in First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Campus, and Membership Status
- Click Save to create the member — you are redirected to their profile
