The Volunteer Detail page is a comprehensive profile for an individual volunteer. It shows their serve statistics, team memberships, visual serve history timeline, upcoming and past assignments with status badges, and active blackout periods. This is your single source of truth for understanding a volunteer's engagement and availability.

Navigation: Serve → Volunteers → Click a volunteer row
You can also reach this page from the Team Detail roster by clicking Profile on a member row.
Overview
The page opens with a header card showing the volunteer's name, avatar, status badge (Active/Inactive/New), and contact details. Below this, sections display KPI stats, team memberships, a 12-week serve history dot chart, upcoming assignments, and blackout periods.
Fields & Controls
Profile Header
| Field | Type | Description |

| Display Name | Display | The volunteer's full name with coloured avatar circle showing initials. |
| Status | Badge | Current volunteer status: ACTIVE (green), INACTIVE (gray), or NEW (purple). |
Display | Email address (if available from member profile). | |
| Phone | Display | Phone number (if available from member profile). |
Statistics
| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Serves (90d) | Numeric | Number of times the volunteer has served in the last 90 days. |
| Serves (YTD) | Numeric | Total serve count for the current calendar year. |
| Confirm Rate | Percentage | Confirmation acceptance rate. Colour-coded: green (85%+), amber (70-84%), red (below 70%). |
| Last Served | Date | Date the volunteer last served, shown as a relative date (e.g., "5 days ago"). |
| Burnout Risk | Flag | An orange badge appears if the volunteer has 9 or more serves in 90 days. |
Team Memberships
| Field | Type | Description |

| Team Name | Display | Name of each team the volunteer belongs to. |
| Role | Badge | The volunteer's role within each team. |
| Status | Badge | Membership status on each team (Active, Inactive, etc.). |
Serve History Timeline
| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| History Dots | Visual | A row of coloured dots representing the last 12 weeks. Each dot is colour-coded by team. Filled dots indicate weeks where the volunteer served; hollow dots indicate no service. Hover over a dot to see the week, team, role, and service title. |
| Team Colour Legend | Display | Shows which colour corresponds to which team in the history dots. |
Upcoming Assignments
| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Service Date | Date | The date of the upcoming service. |
| Service Title | Display | Name of the service (e.g., "Sunday Morning"). |
| Team | Display | Which team the volunteer is serving with. |
| Role | Display | The specific role for this assignment. |
| Slot Status | Badge | Status of the slot: CONFIRMED (green check), PENDING (amber clock), ASSIGNED (blue), DECLINED (red), NO_SHOW (red), or SERVED (green). |
Blackout Periods
| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Start Date | Date | When the blackout period begins. |
| End Date | Date | When the blackout period ends. |
| Reason | Text | Optional reason provided by the volunteer for the blackout. |
Actions
View Serve History
- Scroll to the Serve History section
- Hover over any dot in the timeline to see details about that week
- The tooltip shows the week date, team name, role, and service title
Navigate to Team
- In the Team Memberships section, click a team name
- You are taken to the team detail page
