FlockThe Flock module is your complete member management system. It handles everything related to people in your church — member profiles, households, engagement tracking, onboarding pipelines, children's check-in, email campaigns, data import, and demographic reports. Think of it as your church's living directory.
Key Features
- Member Directory — Searchable table and grid views of all people with status filters, bulk actions, and export
- Member Profiles — Comprehensive profile pages with personal info, attendance history, circles, care items, notes, documents, and custom fields
- Households — Group members into households with shared addresses and joint/individual statement preferences
- Dashboard — KPIs, recent members, onboarding funnel, engagement summary, care alerts, and activity feed at a glance
- Engagement Scores — Nightly-computed scores based on attendance, giving activity, circles participation, and care interactions
- Onboarding — Multi-stage pipelines to track new members from visitor to covenant-signing member
- Email Campaigns — Create, schedule, and send email campaigns with open/click tracking
- Children's Check-In — Secure check-in and checkout with security codes, grade tracking, and allergy alerts
- Import — CSV/XLSX import wizard with smart column mapping and duplicate detection
- Reports — Membership snapshot, demographics, year-over-year growth, and engagement analytics
Membership Statuses
Every person in SanctuaryOS has a membership status that determines their place in your directory:
- VISITOR — First-time or occasional attendee, not yet committed
- REGULAR_ATTENDEE — Attends consistently but has not formally joined
- MEMBER — Full member of the church (covenant signed, baptized, etc.)
- STAFF — Paid or designated staff member
- INACTIVE — No longer attending or contributing; retained for historical records
Role Access
The Flock module is accessible to Super Admin, Lead Pastor,Pastor, Elder, Flock Leader, and Care Minister roles with full access. The Reporting Only role has read-only access to dashboards and reports. All other roles are redirected away from the Flock module.
Campus Scoping
All Flock pages respect the campus selector in the header. When a specific campus is selected, KPIs, member lists, household counts, and reports are filtered to that campus only. Select “All Campuses” to see the full picture across your organization.
