Navigation: Flock → Campaigns
Overview
The Campaigns page lets you create, schedule, and send email campaigns to segments of your congregation. Each campaign tracks delivery, opens, and clicks. You can filter recipients by membership status to target specific groups like visitors, new members, or the full congregation.
Stats Bar
A summary bar at the top of the page shows aggregate campaign metrics:

| Total Campaigns | Count | Total number of campaigns created (all time). |
| Emails Sent (30d) | Count | Total emails sent in the last 30 days across all campaigns. |
| Avg Open Rate | Percentage | Average open rate across all campaigns. Shown alongside industry average (24%) for comparison. |
| Unsubscribes | Count | Total number of unsubscribes (all time). |
Fields & Controls

| Search | Text input | Filter campaigns by name. Client-side search across loaded campaigns. |
| Status Filter | Chip group | Filter by status: All, Draft, Scheduled, Sent, Cancelled, or Failed. |
| Channel Filter | Chip group | Filter by channel: All, Email, or SMS. |
Campaign Table Columns

| Campaign Name | Text | The name of the campaign. |
| Subject | Text | Email subject line. |
| Status | Badge | Campaign status chip: Sent (green), Scheduled (blue), Draft (gray), Cancelled/Failed (red). |
| Channel | Badge | Delivery channel: Email (blue) or SMS (green). |
| Recipients | Count | Number of recipients the campaign was sent to. |
| Sent | Date | Date the campaign was sent. |
| Opened | Count | Number of recipients who opened the email. |
| Clicked | Count | Number of recipients who clicked a link. |
Actions
Create a New Campaign
- Click the New Campaign button in the page header
- In the modal, enter a Campaign Name
- Select the Channel: Email (default) or SMS
- Optionally select a Recipient Segment to pre-filter recipients by membership status
- Click Create
- You are redirected to the campaign editor where you can compose the subject, body, and recipient list
Edit a Campaign
- Click any campaign row to open the campaign detail/editor page
- Edit the subject, body (HTML or text), and recipient filters
- Preview the email before sending
Send a Campaign
- Open the campaign in the editor
- Verify the subject, body, and recipient count
- Click Send Now for immediate delivery, or Schedule to set a future send date
Cancel a Campaign
Scheduled campaigns can be cancelled before their send time. Navigate to the campaign and click Cancel.
Export Campaign Data
Use the export dropdown to:
- Export CSV — Downloads campaign data with columns: Name, Subject, Status, Recipients, Sent, Opened, Clicked
- Print / Save as PDF — Opens the browser print dialog
