The Volunteer Reports page provides analytics on team health, confirmation rates, volunteer activity trends, and top contributors. It supports multi-campus aggregation, configurable time periods, and includes burnout scanning and stats recalculation tools. Export reports as print-friendly HTML for leadership meetings.

Overview
The page is divided into several sections: a scope bar for campus and period selection, KPI summary cards, a volunteer activity trend chart, a team health breakdown table, and a top volunteers leaderboard. Multi-campus mode aggregates data across all accessible campuses with campus prefixes on team names.
Fields & Controls
Scope Controls
| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Campus Scope | Toggle | Switch between "Single Campus" (selected campus) and "All Campuses" (aggregated view). All Campuses mode merges data from every campus you have access to. |
| Period Selector | Button group | Choose the reporting period: 12 Weeks, Year to Date, or 1 Year. Controls the timeframe for all metrics on the page. |
| Export | Dropdown | Export the report as a print-friendly HTML page. |
KPI Summary
| Field | Type | Description |

| Active Volunteers | Numeric | Total number of volunteers with active status across the selected scope. |
| Total Slots | Numeric | Total service slots for the next scheduled service. |
| Confirmed Slots | Numeric | Number of slots confirmed for the next service. |
| Overall Confirmation Rate | Percentage | Aggregate confirmation acceptance rate. Colour-coded: green (85%+), amber (70-84%), red (below 70%). |
Volunteer Activity Trend
| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Trend Chart | Bar chart | Weekly volunteer participation count over the selected period. Bars represent the number of volunteers who served each week. |
| Average Line | Display | Dotted line showing the average weekly volunteer count. |
| Peak | Highlight | The highest bar is labelled with its value and date. |
Team Health Breakdown
| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Team Name | Display | Team name with type icon. In All Campuses mode, prefixed with campus abbreviation. |
| Health Status | Badge | GREEN, AMBER, or RED based on coverage and confirmation metrics. |
| Avg Confirm Rate | Percentage | Average confirmation acceptance rate for the team. Colour-coded by threshold. |
| Member Count | Numeric | Number of active volunteers on the team. |
| Health Label | Text | Qualitative label: Excellent (85%+), Good (70-84%), Needs Attention (55-69%), or Critical (below 55%). |
Top Volunteers
| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Rank | Numeric | Position in the leaderboard, sorted by serve count descending. |
| Volunteer Name | Display | Name and avatar of the volunteer. |
| Team | Display | Primary team the volunteer serves on. In All Campuses mode, includes campus prefix. |
| Serve Count | Numeric | Number of times served in the selected period. |
| Confirmation Rate | Percentage | Personal confirmation acceptance rate. |
Actions
Switch to All Campuses View
- Use the campus scope toggle in the scope bar
- Select “All Campuses”
- All metrics aggregate across every campus you have access to
- Team names are prefixed with campus abbreviations for clarity
Recalculate Stats
- Available for Super Admin, Lead Pastor, and Pastor roles
- Click the Recalculate Stats button (if shown in the header)
- The system recalculates all volunteer statistics (serve counts, confirmation rates)
- A toast confirms the recalculation with processing time
Run Burnout Scan
- Available for Super Admin, Lead Pastor, and Pastor roles
- Click the Burnout Scan button
- The system scans for volunteers at risk of burnout (9+ serves in 90 days)
- Results show the number of volunteers flagged
Dismiss a Burnout Alert
- Available for Super Admin, Lead Pastor, and Team Leader roles
- In the burnout alerts section, click Dismiss on an alert
- The alert is marked as dismissed and hidden from the active list
Export Report
- Click the Export dropdown in the header
- Choose “Print” to open a printer-friendly view in a new window
- Use your browser's print dialog to save as PDF or print
