ServicesThe Services view is a cross-module command centre that brings together data from Steward (giving), Gather (attendance), and Serve (volunteers) into a single, unified list. Every service instance in your church calendar gets one row showing all three data points side by side — giving you a complete picture of each service at a glance.
Getting Here
Navigation: Services (in the header)
The Services link appears in the main header navigation. It is separate from any individual module — it aggregates data across Steward, Gather, and Serve.
What You See
The page displays a list of service instances grouped by week (Upcoming, This Week, Last Week, then by month). Each service card shows:
- Date and time — When the service is or was scheduled
- Service name — The name from the service pattern (e.g., “Sunday Morning”)
- Campus — Which campus this service belongs to
- Attendance — Total headcount (visible to pastoral roles)
- Total Giving — Combined giving amount in CAD (visible to finance roles)
- Volunteers — Filled vs. total volunteer slots (visible to serve roles)
KPI Strip
At the top of the page, up to four KPI cards are shown depending on your role:
- Avg Attendance — 12-service average attendance with trend indicator
- Avg Giving / Service — 12-service average giving per service
- Volunteer Fill Rate — Percentage of slots filled over the last 4 services
- First-Time Visitors — Number of FTVs this month
Filtering
Use the search bar to find services by name or date. Filter chips let you narrow the list quickly:
- All services — No filter applied
- Upcoming — Future services only
- This week — Services within 7 days in either direction
- Completed — Past services that have been marked complete
- Service type chips — Filter by service pattern name (e.g., “Sunday Morning”, “Wednesday Evening”)
Role-Based Visibility
The Services page is accessible to any authenticated user, but the data columns shown depend on your role:
- Giving data — SUPER_ADMIN, LEAD_PASTOR, PASTOR, FINANCE_ADMIN, FINANCE_USER, REPORTING_ONLY
- Attendance data — SUPER_ADMIN, LEAD_PASTOR, PASTOR, ELDER
- Volunteer data — SUPER_ADMIN, LEAD_PASTOR, PASTOR, ELDER, TEAM_LEADER, WORSHIP_LEADER
