The Care Reports page provides analytics on your church's pastoral care operations. It includes KPIs, staff workload distribution, care type breakdown, monthly trends, average resolution time by type, and member touchpoint tracking. Reports can be filtered by time period and campus, and exported as CSV or printed as PDF.

Overview
The reports page opens with a navy banner header and period toggle. For multi-campus churches, a campus scope selector allows viewing reports for all campuses or a specific one. The main content includes KPI cards, a workload bar chart, type breakdown, monthly trend chart, and member touchpoint tables.
Fields & Controls
Period Selector
| Field | Type | Description |

| 12 Weeks | Toggle button | Show report data for the last 12 weeks. |
| YTD | Toggle button | Show year-to-date report data (default). |
| 1 Year | Toggle button | Show report data for the last 12 months. |
Campus Scope (Multi-Campus Only)

| All Campuses | Toggle button | Aggregate data across all campuses. |
| Campus Name | Toggle button | Filter to a specific campus. |
KPI Cards

| Total Items | Number | Total care items created in the selected period. |
| Resolved | Number | Items resolved in the selected period. |
| Avg Days to Close | Number | Average number of days from creation to resolution. |
| Active Items | Number | Currently open or in-progress items. |
Staff Workload Chart

| Staff Name | Row label | Name of each care-assigned staff member. |
| Open Items | Horizontal bar | Visual bar showing the number of open items assigned to each staff member. |
Care Type Breakdown
| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Type Icon + Label | Row label | Each care type (prayer, hospital, bereavement, counseling, follow-up, etc.). |
| Count | Horizontal bar | Number of items of this type in the selected period. |
Average Resolution Time by Type

|---|---|---|
| Type | Row label | Care type. |
| Avg Days | Number | Average number of days to resolve items of this type. |
Member Touchpoints
| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Member Name | Text | Members who have received the most care touchpoints. |
| Touchpoint Count | Number | Number of interactions (notes, visits, status changes) for this member. |
Monthly Trend
| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Month | X-axis | Time axis showing each month in the period. |
| Created | Line/Bar | Number of care items created each month. |
| Resolved | Line/Bar | Number of care items resolved each month. |
Actions
Export CSV
- Click the export dropdown in the page header
- Select Export CSV
- A CSV file is downloaded containing the report data for the selected period and campus
Print / Save as PDF
- Click the export dropdown in the page header
- Select Print / Save as PDF
- The browser print dialog opens with the report formatted for printing
Change Time Period
- Click one of the period buttons: 12 Weeks, YTD, or 1 Year
- All charts and KPIs refresh to reflect the selected period
Filter by Campus
- If your church has multiple campuses, the campus selector appears in the header
- Click All Campuses for aggregate data or a specific campus name
- Reports refresh to show only that campus's data
