Navigation: Steward → Funds
Overview
The Funds Performance page provides a dashboard view of giving across all active funds. It shows YTD totals, percentage of total giving, and year-over-year changes for each fund. The page features a navy hero banner with the total YTD giving, KPI cards, and a detailed fund table with horizontal bar charts showing relative fund sizes.
Fields & Controls
KPI Strip
| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Total YTD | Currency (CAD) | Total year-to-date giving across all funds combined. |
| Fund Count | Number | Number of active funds receiving gifts. |
| YoY Change | Percentage | Year-over-year change in total giving. |
Fund Table
| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Fund Name | Text | Name of the fund (e.g., "General Fund", "Building Fund", "Missions"). |
| Fund Code | Text | Short code for the fund (e.g., "GEN", "BLD", "MIS"). |
| Color | Color indicator | Visual color assigned to this fund for charts and badges. |
| YTD Total | Currency (CAD) | Year-to-date giving to this fund. |
| Percentage of Total | Percentage + bar | This fund as a share of total giving, shown as a percentage with a horizontal bar chart. |
| YoY Change | Percentage | Year-over-year change for this specific fund. Green if positive, red if negative. |
Actions
Export Report
- Click “Export Report” in the hero banner
- The fund performance data is exported for reporting or accounting purposes
Configure Funds in Settings
- Click “Configure in Settings” in the hero banner
- You are taken to Settings → Finance → Funds where you can add, edit, and deactivate funds
