Overview
The Donors page is a comprehensive directory of all giving donors. Each donor displays their giving status, YTD total, last gift, average gift, giving streak, and recurring giving status. Powerful filter chips let you quickly segment donors by giving behavior (active, lapsed, first-time, recurring, major donors, no envelope number, increased giving).
Fields & Controls
KPI Strip
| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Active Donors | Number | Count of donors with Active giving status. |
| Lapsed Donors | Number | Count of donors who have stopped giving. |
| First-Time Donors | Number | Count of donors whose first gift was this year. |
| Recurring Donors | Number | Count of donors with an active recurring schedule. |
| No ENV # | Number | Count of donors without an assigned envelope number. |
Donor Row
| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Avatar | Circle | Donor initials on a deterministic color background derived from their donor ID. |
| Display Name | Text | Donor name in "Last, First" format. |
| Envelope # | Text | Assigned envelope number, if any. |
| Giving Status | Badge | Current giving classification: Active (green), Lapsed (red), First-time (blue), Occasional (amber), No gifts (gray). |
| YTD Total | Currency (CAD) | Year-to-date giving total for this donor. |
| Last Gift Date | Date | Date of the donor most recent gift. |
| Last Gift Amount | Currency (CAD) | Amount of the most recent gift. |
| Average Gift | Currency (CAD) | Average gift amount across all transactions. |
| Streak (weeks) | Number | Number of consecutive weeks the donor has given. |
| Recurring | Badge | Shows recurring amount and status (Active/green or Failed/red) if the donor has a recurring schedule. |
| Campus | Text | Campus affiliation of the donor. |
Filter & Sort
| Field | Type | Description |

| Search | Text input | Search donors by name or envelope number. |
| Filter Chips | Chip group | Filter by: All donors, Lapsed, First-time, Recurring, Major donors, No ENV #, Giving increased 20%+. |
| Sort | Dropdown | Sort by: YTD Highest (default), YTD Lowest, Name A-Z, Last gift date, Streak, or Envelope #. |
| Export | Dropdown | Export donor list to CSV or print. |
Actions
View Donor Profile
- Click a donor row
- You are taken to the Donor Profile page
Filter Donors
- Click a filter chip (e.g., “Lapsed”)
- The list updates to show only donors matching that filter
- Click “All donors” to reset the filter
Export Donor List
- Click the Export dropdown
- Choose CSV or Print
- The filtered and sorted donor list is exported in the selected format
