GatherQR codes enable fast member check-in by scanning a unique code linked to each member's profile. This page lets you bulk-generate QR tokens, download printable cards or labels, and email QR codes to members.

Overview
The QR codes page shows a status summary of how many members have QR tokens, a filter bar for membership status, action buttons for bulk operations, and a paginated members table showing individual QR status.
Status Summary
| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Members with QR | Display | Count of members who have an active QR token, shown with a progress bar. |
| Without QR | Display | Count of members who do not yet have a QR token. |
| No Email | Display | Count of members without an email address (cannot receive QR code via email). |
| Coverage % | Display | Percentage of total members with QR codes. 100% is the target. |
Filters
Filter the member list and bulk actions by membership status:
- All — All people in the database
- Members — Only those with MEMBER status
- Regular Attendees — Those with REGULAR_ATTENDEE status
- Visitors — Those with VISITOR status
In the members table, a secondary filter lets you show only those with QR codes, without QR codes, or all.
Bulk Actions
Generate Missing Tokens
Creates QR tokens for all members who do not currently have one. Existing tokens are not affected.
Download Wallet Cards
Downloads a PDF with full-page wallet cards featuring a large QR code. Ideal for printing or displaying on a phone screen.
Download Small Cards (8/page)
Downloads a PDF with credit-card-sized QR cards, 8 per page. Cut and laminate for physical wallet cards.
Download Labels (30/page)
Downloads a PDF in Avery 5160 format with 30 labels per page. Peel and stick onto name badges or lanyards.
Email All
Sends a branded email with the QR code image to all members who have both a token and an email address on file.
Generate & Email
Combines token generation and email sending in one action. Generates missing tokens first, then emails all members with tokens and email addresses.
Regenerate All
Invalidates all existing QR codes and generates new ones. Use only if QR codes have been compromised or if you need a complete refresh.
Individual Actions
In the members table, each row has actions based on the member's current state:
- PDF — Download an individual QR card PDF (when token exists)
- Email — Send the QR code to the member's email (when token and email exist)
- Generate — Create a QR token for this member (when no token exists)
