The Church Profile page is where you configure your church's identity, contact information, and receipt settings. These values appear throughout SanctuaryOS — in the navigation header, on giving receipts, in email communications, and in reports.

Identity Section
The identity section contains your church's legal and display names, tax registration, and regional settings. Changes are saved independently per section.
| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Church Name* | Text | The legal name of your church as registered with your tax authority (e.g., CRA or IRS). Used on official receipts and statements. |
| Display Name | Text | A shorter or informal name shown in the app header and communications (e.g., "JIK Church" instead of the full legal name). |
| Tax ID | Text | Your CRA Business Number (for Canadian churches) or EIN (for US churches). Printed on all official giving receipts. |
| Country* | Select | The country your church operates in. Determines receipt format and province/state labels. Options: Canada (CA) or United States (US). |
| Currency* | Select | The currency used for all giving transactions. Typically CAD for Canadian churches or USD for US churches. |
| Timezone* | Select | Your church's primary timezone. Used for all date display, service scheduling, and report calculations. Supports timezones across North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania. |
Contact Information Section
Contact details used in communications, receipts, and the public-facing giving page.

Email | Primary church email address. Used as the reply-to address for system emails. | |
| Website | URL | Church website URL. Shown on receipts and the giving page. |
| Address | Text | Street address of the main church location. |
| City | Text | City name. |
| Province / State | Select | Province (for Canada: AB, BC, MB, NB, NL, NS, NT, NU, ON, PE, QC, SK, YT) or US state. |
| Postal Code | Text | Postal code (Canada) or ZIP code (US). |
Receipt Settings Section
These fields control how official giving receipts and donor statements are generated.

| Pastor Name | Text | The senior pastor's name as it should appear on official giving receipts and statements. |
| Statement Message | Textarea | A custom message printed at the bottom of donor giving statements. Use this for thank-you notes or tax-related disclaimers. |
