Campuses

Access:Super AdminLead PastorCAMPUS_ADMIN

The Campuses page lets you create and manage your church's physical locations. Every service, giving session, and member record in SanctuaryOS is associated with a campus. Even single-site churches require at least one campus record.

How Campuses Affect Other Features

  • Services — Each service instance is tied to a campus. Service schedules (patterns) generate instances per campus.
  • Giving — Sessions and transactions are campus-scoped. The campus selector in the header filters financial data.
  • Attendance — Check-in records are linked to campus-specific service instances.
  • Users — Users can be granted access to specific campuses. Campus Admin role manages a single campus.
  • Reports — Most reports support campus filtering, and the Services Reports page includes a Campus Comparison tab.
